ATTENTION: YOUTH WORLD PARTICIPANTS-see below information
Florida schedule:
Tues -work night and cookout (bring a side dish to share, chairs and drinks for your family)   we will provide the meat.
Wed. Sprit night
Thurs- Florida pizza party (Time TBA)
You must participate in all 3 outings to be eligible to win a saddle. There will be 1 for the youth and 1 for the teens. We will draw at the pizza party for the winner. There will be a sign up sheet at Joe's trailer ( it will be backed in to the warm-up arena which attaches to the main arena. It is shiny silver with green neon lights at the bottom which are on at night). You will sign up for what you are bringing and also sign in there for the work night.

This years theme will be:

Sailin around 3

Our float will be a sailboat built on the golf cart

I would like to have a stick horse that looks like a sea horse running around 3 buoys or lighthouses which would represent barrels- Any volunteers for this?

Individually the kids can be:
Sailers- white capris or white pants with a plain white T-shirt and a colored blue scarf or tie- sailor hats can be purchased by the dozen at Oriental Trading
They can carry anchors if they want

They can get individual life rafts, cut a whole in the floor and then cover the bottom of the raft with blue plastic - hanging down to cover their legs like they are floating on water as they walk. (You can buy stuff that looks like water at party Supermarket)

Mermaids
Seahorses
Starfish
Any ocean creature etc
NO BATHING SUITS!

Bring life preservers for the parents and kids these will really stand out in the crowd- Parents should go immediately to the section above the 2nd barrel to hold seats for Florida. The earlier the better it fills up fast!
You can put NBHA on your life boats like they were the boats call numbers.
Also you can put "BOYCOTT BP" which ties into the oil crisis we are having

I will bring the FLORIDA BANNER to walk in with

Does anybody have a small trailer that will be there to attach to the golf cart as a secondary life boat we could decorate and put kids in?
Pass the word on so everyone can be included
